14oz Outlet Store (Lee Jeans Outlet store) opened in Ponsonby in 2003 as a pop-up sale store to clear branded jeans and clothing at discounted retail prices. On opening day, we had queues for the ten fitting rooms and just as many people queuing to pay at the counter.
The proposed time line was to have the shop running for three months, but nine years later, we are still cranking out loads of jeans and clothing, giving us the reputation of ‘One mother of a jeans shop’. In 2011,
