Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the 14oz Outlet Online Store. By placing an order through the 14oz Outlet Online Store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the 14oz Outlet Online Store.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on the 14OZ OUTLET Online Store are given in New Zealand Dollars ($) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15% but exclusive of delivery costs.
All orders must be paid in full before any items will be dispatched from 14oz Outlet Online Store. No ‘APPRO Option’ will be given on any items.
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) or direct bank deposits (New Zealand customers only). We use PAYPAL to process our credit card transactions. To pay by direct bank deposit you’ll need to email us at info@14ozoutlet.co.nz directly.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store which shares the limited stock so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best possible to somehow fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
Accuracy of Content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Shipping
Shipping within New Zealand on orders under $100 is a standard fee of $5. All orders over $100 within New Zealand are free. Track and trace is available on all orders, which require a signature upon delivery. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Delivery is not available to rural addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items.
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
If you wish to return your item for exchange these items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you. If you return the product any later than the 7 day time slot, you will have up to 14 days (an extra 7 days) from the date of you receiving the goods in which to be issued with a 14oz Outlet Credit Note to the value of the item at the time of purchase. 14oz Outlet credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the 14oz Outlet Online Store or in the 14oz Outlet stores. If you want to purchase from the site with your Credit Note please contact us before making your purchase at info@14ozoutlet.co.nz.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. The 14oz Outlet staff make every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting info@14ozoutlet.co.nz about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
We highly recommend sending back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail!
Privacy Policy
14oz Outlet Online Store is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your order.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.
We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.
We do not store or see any credit card information on systems.
We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. We will not use your information to share with outside companies.
By using our Web site, you consent to the
collection and use of this information by 14oz Outlet. If we decide to change
our privacy policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are
always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what
circumstances we disclose it.
Data collected by this site is used to:
